1. Agreement to these terms
By using luchv.com, creating an account, booking a consultation, or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service includes Luchv's portfolio, consultation booking, and learning-product registration. We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You may sign in with Google to use features that require an account. You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for providing accurate information. You must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the Service, submit harmful material, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Consultation bookings and payment
A selected consultation time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. After you make a manual bank transfer and press “I've paid,” the payment is marked for review. Luchv will verify the payment, approve or decline the booking, and add the meeting link when approved.
Do not treat a payment QR or a “payment submitted” status as final confirmation. If a session must be rescheduled or a refund is requested, contact us at havietlucit2000@gmail.com and we will review the circumstances.
5. Courses and digital content
Course descriptions, prices, access details, and any payment instructions will be shown before you pay. Course materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share paid material or access with others without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, written material, and original course content belong to Luchv or the relevant rights holder. These Terms do not give you ownership of that content.
7. No guarantees
Consultation and course content are educational and practical guidance based on experience. Results depend on your product, decisions, market, and implementation. We do not guarantee revenue, downloads, App Store approval, funding, or any specific business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Luchv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
