1. Who we are
Luchv operates luchv.com (the “Service”). The Service presents Luchv's work and provides consultation booking and course-registration features.
2. Information we collect
We collect only information needed to provide the Service:
- Google sign-in: your name, email address, and the account identifier needed to keep you signed in. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google account content.
- Booking information: your selected date and time, phone number if you provide it, and any notes you submit for a consultation.
- Course registration: your name, email address, and optional app or project name.
- Payment status: the booking reference and the time you tell us that you have made a manual bank transfer. We do not collect or store your bank account credentials, card details, or payment-app password.
- Technical information: limited server and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, create and manage your booking or registration, respond to your requests, send transactional emails, verify a reported payment, provide a meeting link after approval, maintain security, and improve the Service.
Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing features. It is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train AI models.
4. Where information is stored and shared
We use service providers that help run the Service, including Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve requests, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and related personal information by emailing us. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, security, or accounting purposes.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted connections, to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask a question about this policy, by contacting us at havietlucit2000@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Service or applicable requirements change. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
